WARNING TO ALL NORTH EAST DRIVERS/BIKERS
Discussion
Hi
Just in case no one has seen this on the news, this was taken from the Tyne Tees website, so be warned!:
"A new effort to stop bikers killing themselves
Police are to unveil their latest weapon in the battle to cut motorbike casualties. Two portable speed boards similar to this one which was used in East Cleveland, have been bought for use in Richmondshire. They measure the speed of passing vehicles, and any exceeding the limit trigger a 'slow down' message. Further up the road will be police officers with speed measuring equipment. Those caught exceeding the limit could see themselves up before a court within days. The boards will be used on the A684 and B6255, both are roads with bad records for motorbike accidents"

hope no one gets caught! Have a nice weekend everyone!

Hmm, yes those speed warning thingies are quite handy for when you're busy sorting through the CDs, tippin the ashtray out the window, or reading the map.
I just need a sleeping policeman outside my gate so I know when I'm home.
No offence but perhaps the sooner you're caught the better.
