On the A19 at peterlee southbound, saturday abot 5 ish, Stefan??? was going tooo fast or Id of pulled in, then again there was no one around,and it was in the middle of the road 
was a volvo parked in front of it, actually on the A19 in between the slip road and the dual carrige way, on the chevrons.... Maddd.....
