Spotted in Washington

blueish TVR followed me on the way to work last week and turned off into Bentall business park. I'm not up on TVR models but the reg no ended in TVR. Is it a NEPHER?
Also ,a work colleague spotted a yellow lotus esprit opposite my workplace (ind est opposite ropers caravans and hillarys blinds) a month or so ago ....cougar perhaps?
