Apple technician in North East ?

Hi. I have 2010 MacMini that I am having problems with following the latest software update. Apple Support have been helpful in trying to sort it out by phone, but their system of sharing control is not working just now. I really would prefer a technician to come out to sort it in situ. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.
