good car electronics for audio problem?

Anybody know of a good place to diagnose a distorted sound problem in the car audio in the Sunderland area please?

Not sure if its a speaker, the amp or the bluetooth switcher module so probably going to need professional help, dealer last I think!

South Tyneside Auto Electrics have always been superb when I've used them. Not Sunderland, granted, but the fella behind the counter has a mackem twang if that's any consolation?
