Just wondering if there's a forumite who's close to "Biscuit Tin Studios" in Warwick Road, Newcastle, NE2 1BB?

Am chasing a guitar + £400 and all's gone quiet. :-/

If anyone local could stop by and confirm that the relevant unit is open/closed/etc I'm happy to send beer vouchers!

Not yet. Still trying to get an up-to-date residential address for him. I did the 192 thing and found a previous address where there was a CCJ against him.

Been under the weather this last week, so in the coming week, I'll put more effort into this.
