Custom Exhaust and Plastic Polish

Two in one here really. I'm interested in a custom exhaust (and perhaps a remap) for my XJ Supersport but not sure who to use or who is dependable. Any suggestions?

Also interested in getting some polishing done to some interior plastics. The instrument binnacle has some scratches on it from the previous owner and I'd like them removed as the winter sun is just highlighting then Also some minor scratches around the centre console I'd like removed, if possible.
