Hi all
Come across a company on eBay who make leather cut to fit pieces for cars.. I was after some black leather with red double stitching to match some interior bits already done.. Arm rest, seats, steering wheel etc.. They sent me a sample to compare against my car and quality seems good, colour of sticking ok too... My car is a little unusual so pleased to see they did panels...
I was looking at both door panels, then dash top, and under dash and steering column...

So contacted one guy, and has a two year waiting list! Then one in byker who seemed reluctant to take on dash top as feel it can come away if not done using right glue etc.. Not really responded on questions on doing just door panels..

Initially I was wanting someone to fit these pieces, whether just doors maybe now if dash seems a no go, but also willing to see if doing whole job fron scratch is cost effective..

For rough idea these pieces are roughly £75 for two door panels ( top to about half way down) full dash top around £150
Which seemed pretty good, pieces cut ready to fit... Won't tackle myself as I understand it will need someone who knows what they're doing or will look crap..
Haven't bought them as yet.. Anyone any ideas, advice ? Anyone done their dash top?

Sounds like Topgaiters. I've fitted their dash cover, centre console cover, a-pillar covers, handbrake and gearshift gaiters to my 944. It is DIY-able if you use the right glue and patience. There's a guy on Benwell high street at the Lidl end who did a guy's 964 dash with the kit too.

Hi it's JF customs I think... Sample seemed good..
To be fair not a DIY job I would like to tackle.. Your correct right glue, and skill needed I reckon..

How long have you had yours on? No issues on lifting etc?

Been on over a year and no problems - yes TopGaiters/JFBoots are the same company I think.
