Good Indi Garage In Hartlepool
Discussion
Not the cheapest but one with one of the best reps around here is http://cartechprestige.co.uk
They've rebuilt engines for me, are a Porsche indie specialist but you constantly see other exotica around the place (Ferrari's, Maseratti's, AMG's etc) as a result of the rep they have.
I've had a lot of work done there on my MX-5, Rob who owns the place is a proper car nut. If you do go there tell him Steve Smiles who own the blue 5 has mentioned door bushings from USA as another good way of stiffening up his MX5 track toy (its usually in the workshop somewhere and runs over 300bhp now) as I haven't been back for a few weeks to tell him.

Aye well I suppose it is noisy enough to be noticable lol. I'm now wondering if I want to save up and stick a 2.5L engine in it or whether I should stick a Rotrex Supercharger in itSmilerFTM said:

Sounds fun what ever option you go for . I wish I had a garage over this way as all my cars are over in Bp Auckland so not touched them in over a year ! I can recommend Gary Smurthwaite http://home.btconnect.com/remaps.org.uk/ he specializes in VAG but turns his had to anything.
Good guy his is based at the bottom of Burn RD.
