It's quite a specialist job if you're after first-class results so it would be worth sending it away.

Yep... Royal... they are the place to goto.

Unless its for a track car, then Id get it done somewhere cheaper

Done by Royal Steering Wheels as has been recommended. You can pay an extra £50 deposit when you order your wheel and you basically send your old wheel to them once you receive the new one and have swapped them around meaning you don't have to send yours then wait a few days/weeks for them to send it back again.
