Car Ramp Rental in Washington Area ??

Looking to change the clutch in my van and don't have the headroom in my garage to use my scissor lift. Somebody at work mentioned they had heard a place in Washington was opening to rent out ramps by the hour. I know of the one down Teeside way but can't find anything relating to a one in Washington which is a lot closer to me, has anybody else heard of this?
