Good place that can fix my Freelander 2

I have done somit to it and now it wont start. Has HCD error on the dashboard and my ODBII meter will no longer connect

So its stuck on the drive.

Anyone know a good landrover machanic who I great with electrical diagnostics that can come to the house?
