Crashed Vantage. - Tindale traffic lights, Bishop Auckland.

As title.
Approx 3.30pm this afternoon.
Aston pulled over at the far side of the traffic lights with fairly heavy front end damage.
Must have happened very recently as I had only passed through them lights 15 mins earlier and all was clear.
I didn't see any other vehicles involved? Hopefully the owner wasn't a victim of hit and run.
