local secure and safe temporary vintage car storage?

Due to further building work I am looking for somewhere local to store a large vintage car for a couple of months..
The old place I used to use has been flattened by developers....
anyone know anywhere reasonably local to Durham/ Lanchester area?

must be secure, rat and mouse free and indoor....
