Northeast ARC, any experience with body repair?

My wife's lovely brand new pepper white Mini Cooper got driven into yesterday morning, damage is limited to the back bumper from what I can see. Insurance company (esure) are dealing with it as a no-fault claim and have proposed Northeast ARC's Newsatle branch to do the repair.

Has anybody had any work done by them, and we're the results satisfactory?

Don't have any experience with that outfit mate.

If this is the one in Washington then they did a decent job with mine but communication was a joke. It took them almost 2 months to fix my car and everytime I called them the said the parts were due on X day only to find they were still waiting for the parts to arrive.
