Hi Guys, I'm a photographer up here in Northumberland and Cumbria. And I'm looking the best roads and photoshoot locations of raw north. I've used Hartside Pass a lot, but I'd like to find other places and hidden gems.
Cheers

Castle howard, its a bit south of your usual area but some great photo ops, especially if its a sunny/misty day.

from there down into the Durham dales, head from the hartside back up to Alston, and then either over to Stanhope and down to Hamsterley, or down past High Force to Middleton and on to Barnard Castle

Dinsdale Road, that garage is now a Triumph dealership. Lots of cars get photographed there, it seems. It's not clasically good looking scenery though.

There are loads of amazing places to see and photograph in Northumberland. You might as well go looking for your own, as the roads are very enjoyable so it's hardly like it'd be a pain to explore. You'll quickly discover an overlook of a nice valley, some woods and a farm perhaps, that would make a great space for a shot.
