After some part worn winter tyres Newcastle area

Not sure your right saying that, for instance I can get a pair of Goodyear Ulragrip 8 with 5-6mm tread for £25 each. These get a very good review. If I was to buy new they would cost about £70 each.
If I was to go for an unknown brand ie Goodride it will cost £35 each and I know which tyres I would rather be on.

Why does it have to be a local company? We have this thing called the Internet now where you can buy items online and have them delivered to your home or local tyre fitter. Much cheaper than buying from your local garage.
I buy mine online from those links already mentioned.
EDIT: also try camskill and mytyres
