Doesn't quite match your criteria, but SEM in Sunderland (just off the Wesington Way, so just off the A19), did my 19" diamond cut alloys a few years back and where awesome! Several people on here have used them to much satisfaction.

I've heard so good comments from them so might give them a go anyway. Any idea how much they charge or is it all depending on the work needed?
Thanks a lot

Give these a try, their in Hartlepool:
http://www.rsalloy.co.uk/

Had my 19" Audi wheels done there last Xmas, really really good job and was cheaper than most. Used Romax before and these are definitely better.

Maybe worth giving them a bell and seeing if they can help?

Used SEM a few years back, very good job but they didn't lacquer the inner wheel just the face. Spoke to them about it and they lacquered the whole wheel then but it's worth asking to make sure that they do.

Just seemed an odd bit of cost-cutting at the time but this was a few years back so maybe they don't do that anymore.

I used Cooper BMW repair shop in Stockton for my Audi 19" rotor. They use a DA on it - so not machined but did a decent job. There is a place in Newcastle near Whickam but can't remember the name and never been there.
