Nice parts of Berwick to live

Hello from a Scottish PH. Worried that my own country will press the self distruct button out of sheer spite for the English rather than making a calculated economic decesion im looking into other options as I don't intend to be here when the st hits the fan. Are there some no-go area's of berwick in terms of places to own. Also there seems to be alot of shared ownership properties what is the deal with that?
