I'm sure it's been asked numerous times before, but I rang Mondial the warranty people just to double check that I don't need to use main dealers to service my car to maintain the warranty, and I don't.

Who would you guys suggest as a good local M specialist, I hear there's a good guy on team valley?

Cheers

Dean at DW Motorworks in Winlaton next to the petrol station.

If you think you're in the wrong place then you're in the right place - he's ex-M master tech and looks after a lot of M cars for friends as well as my wife's lowly 320i smile

superb, cheers guys.

I expect it to be a big one, but I'd rather give an indy the money than a main dealer to be honest.

Dean knows the E60 M5 like the back of his hand. He looks after two of my friends, and when I was in there last week he had another 2 in. Dean was a technician at the BMW dealer on Silverlink before setting up on his own about 3 years ago.

Sadly he is't VAT registered so I used Lloyds, and after a spot of haggling I got a really good price
