Tracing a Corvette

The club has had a request from a fellow owner in Denmark, who has come across some information on a C2.
We can't trace the car on the club's database but perhaps someone may know this car.
The request is as follows:
Hi there, My name is Allan, I'm Danish and I just bought a C4 which is imported from UK in 2009. Among the papers who followed the car, was an dealer delivery paper on a '69 coupe, vin no.194379S704656 which may be in the UK.
If the car still exist, I thought this belongs with car, and this is where I need help ? Is it possible that you can find the owner, maybe one of your members ?
The paper was in an envelope from a Steve H....... of Great Lumley, County Durham, and sent to Harold R..... of Manchester.The envelope is dated 21 Feb 2008 There is also an MOT inspection report from 1998 and it says that the car is Black (originally Daytona yellow) I hope you can help with this, so i can send the papers to the current owner of the car If anyone can help, please let me know.
