Dinsdale Place off Warwick Street in Heaton is probably the best bet. It's quiet, nothing really goes in unless they're going to one of the offices round the back on Dinsdale Place, so you can park up and take as many photos as you please. The old ITV studio (now being made into student flats) is on City Road, it's too busy to park your car there for photographs, even at night as all the taxis going to Walker go that way, as well as many coming down from New Bridge Street to get back to the quayside.I am after somewhere I can get the car up next to and get some decent photographs of it.
