I need some help.
I really wanna have a bash at hill climbing, or sprinting, that type of entry level racing. Can anyone recommend a club I can join, or a venue I can visit ?

Thanks

Rob

www.ukmotorsport.com is the unofficial UK web site for all sort of motorsports including speed competitions. You will also find the regional associations and motor clubs often keep their own web sites too. For example the TVRCC Speed Championship has a mini web site hosted by YahooGroups, we have a 'getting started' guide there for new competitors. It is mainly aimed at TVR drivers entering our championship but quite a bit of the information would apply to other championships too.

How about Auto 66?
A friend of mine does sprints with them.
Don't have any contact info though, sorry.

Prime hill-climbing clubs are the British Automobile Racing Club (BARC), the Midland Automobile Club (MAC) and the Bugatti owners clubs. There are several others that operate hillclimbs.

There are some good limks on www.top12runoff.com which will point you in the right direction. Not sure what`s your closest hillclimb, but Harewood in Yorkshire has plenty going on.
