I'm not sure if anyone has posted about this already but TODAY is the Bamburgh Classic Car Show.

Held on the village green in the shadows of the stunning Bamburgh Castle. Pleanty to do in the village and surrounding area so why not make a day of it.

Hopefully the suns going to get out later. I have nothing to do with the show so here's a link to the official web site..

Shame I'm away or I'd have quite liked a trundle/rumble over to this.
Love that area.

Going to the match otherwise I would have fancied a run up the coast.

Maybe give us all a heads up with more notice next year ...assuming its annual?

Hope it's a good show for those who go.

Yer I appreciate it was rather late notice, I've been that busy at work the past couple of weeks, I completely forgot about it! It's in it's second year so hopefully it will be an annual fixture. Heading there now so will report back later on.

Well unfortunately the show was a wash out! A brave few turned out to show their pride and joy, and there was some lovely cars there. From a nice Rolls, which was for sale (£7K, so much car for the money), to a nice 2.8L Injection Capri. It would of been a lot bigger and better if the sun was shinning. Still there were a fair few families braving it and taking the kids on the bouncy castle etc.. Hope the organisers do it again next year.

Bruce said he is putting it on again next year and next year there is a few of us putting some more campers into the show. Hopefully the weather is better next year.
