Selling commercial property estate agent help!!

Anyone sold any commercial property recently? I've got a property that was used as office space and it needs to be moved on. Tempted to stick a sign up myself and use use rightmove and sell it that way but with work commitments would rather let someone else do it. So which agents specialise most in commercial stuff??

I don't know where you are, but I use Carver Commercial in Darlington.

Keith Pattinson seemed to move more into commercial property a few years ago - used car dealer style approach but seem pretty effective.

I'd stay clear of pattinsons if I was you. Their commercial manager has just left and by all accounts the rest are pretty useless when it comes to commercial.

Where in the north east? I work with most of the local agents so will be able to put you in touch with the best in your area.
