Car storage, medium term?

I'm going away for the best part of a year, popping back every now and again. I'm after somewhere to keep my Omega and a couple of tool boxes, preferably locked or at least undercover.
Any PHers with a free bit of workshop space or garage, at a reasonable price plus tipples? I'm in Teesside but am willing to travel...
