Deleted as I cant be arsed with some of the 'Holly than thou' comments. Yes, if someone nearly runs my car off the road, I will vent my anger and make sure they know what they did is unacceptable.

Yep, it's an estate. I don't know where it is. Let just say that it tried to run me off the road last week. Got the incident recorded from my in-board camera.

Will post it up to see what people make of his driving on here.
Don't bother and just call the police maybe?

What will you do if you get his name/address?

Go round and fill him in? Let his tyres down?

What if his Dad is bigger than yours?!

Report to the Police, if they have no interest then forget it and move on. Life is really too short.

They will do nothing about it, they're great. They will take a statement, draw a nice little sketch and drink your tea though

I'm guessing you felt quite wound up by this admittedly bizarre and shoddy manoeuvre?

Dangerous driving that. Skoda was out of order.

You felt the need to post that on the Internet, what a sad life you must lead. All you had to do was lift off and let him in. Your actions later in the video and comments on the YouTube video are far more disturbing.

at 3:30 you seem to fly up his ass, then swerve in front of him (you can see your car rocking as you straighten up.)

Was he still behind you when you overtook the silver Focus?

would have been interesting to see speeds and rear vision. but from what i see, you appear to be in a hurry to get back in front of him, i presume to tell him the error in his ways. Then judging by the speed of scenery and other cars you slow down quite a bit until you are on the dual carriageway (can be argued that was safe an appropriate) then you appear to significantly speed up after being on the dual carriageway for a short while, i'm going to assume the Skoda was in the right lane, you then pull into the outside lane and shave a fair amount of speed off, matching the Focus' speed.

Whatever the catalyst, i can understand why the other driver didnt want to exchange thoughts when you stopped, personally i'd want to be as far away from you as possible.

imho, avoidable.

Standard of driving nowadays is a joke and its people letting other people get away with it that are as much to blame as the brain dead morons.
So at 03:30, when you fly up behind him, coming within a few feet of his rear bumper as he indicates left and moves over, then accelerate past him and swerve left in front of him (with a distinct wobble at 03:49), was that you making sure he didn't "get away" with it?

The initial incident looked like a merging dispute, both yourself and the other driver will feel that the other should have given way. He forced his way in, a dick move for certain, but was your response any more reasonable? You seemed to be taking some concerted actions to show him your displeasure. Why not just lean on the horn, have a swear and let it go? And asking "who he is or where he lives" on the youtube video, what are you going to do with this information? Go round to his house and deck him? You've got his reg on film, show it to the police if you are bothered, and if you are sure that your actions in the video don't reflect just as badly, or worse, on yourself.
