Forgive my ignorance but what is the Great North Fly In at eshott sounds like fun .

Never been myself, but seems to be a charity event at Eshott airfield, people with small planes fly-in, and there are classic cars and military vehicles on show. Looks like a fun day out.

Used to go there and blast about on the runway with my motorbike donkeys years ago - don't think anyone would be allowed to now.
