I may arrange one, but it won't be until after April, and after that, I can't say whether I will be arranging any more, as I may not even have a car much beyond this spring / summer unfortunately.

Of course if anyone else wants to arrange one then they are more than welcome, but for me personally I doubt I would attend anything arranged before the clocks went forward, mainly because of the weather / conditions of the road.

TVR runs used welcome other cars as well - has this changed?

Apologies the comment probably reads back more sarcastically than was meant. Peace smile

The Cob Web Run is traditionally the first TVRCC (Northern ish) of the year. Many TVRCC members are P/H contributors, supporters and enthusiasts who enjoy the many joint runs. This years Cob Web Run will be having TVR exclusive parking in the cantre of Darlington but other parking is available close by. Last year aprox 70 TVR 's went on the Cob Web Run some 'other cars 'also came. I'm sure that not all cars on this years run will be TVR.

I went on one back in 2004 in a Skoda, but for some reason, since then, I may have (wrongly) got the impression it was limited to TVRs. I stand corrected.

I was going to suggest a route for you to take until I realised you'd need to set off at silly o clock from Newcastle to get down there. One thing I will say though is if you are in a mini convoy then turn off the A19 to get to Stokesley then head along the B1257 to Malton from there, great little drive it is, especially down to Helmsley.

Something like this http://goo.gl/maps/3KjxN would be great fun with a few others. My only problem is I work pretty random shifts so organising a definite day to do it is very difficult as I only really get 3 or 4 weeks notice before knowing which days I'm off.

Set off at silly clock to RV with others in Stokesley last time. The drive over to Malton was lots of fun wink especially with ice on the ground and Pilot Sport Cups on my wheels!

You went on one of mine, the first Cobweb Run; this run was originally a joint NEPH/TVRCC event back in the days when PH was popular with TVR owners. When I became a TVRCC RO I took the event with me and it then became a TVRCC event but saying that the TVRCC has always welcomed non-TVR's on their events

I'm always willing to attend any PistonHead drive...enjoyed every one to date. I could fancy the TVR one if my TT is eligible.
