keys recoding in the Durham area

hi all,
I have taken custody of a 406 diesel, 2001, to cut a long story short the battery went flat and the ECU has locked down, i cant get rid of the immoboliser fault.
Im pretty sure the key will need recoding, I've tried roberts key services and no answer, can anyone recommend anybody?
