Units to Let - Middlesbrough area

Looking for a small-ish unit to let in the Middlesbrough area, just wondering if anyone knows of any?

It's not really for business reasons, just couple of cars to store, parts to store and I occasionally split the odd car for bits. So talking space for 4 cars MAX, say 2 in storage and space to work around one. Obviously due to it not being a business, we don't need anything huge and with a big monthly rent payment.

Location would ideally be in the Middlesbrough area but if the price is right a few miles extra travelling wouldn't be a problem.

What about the area near B&Q and Halfords in Hartlepool?

I know a couple of people that rent units their for similar reasons and they arent expensive at all, plus its only a short run through the industrial estates to get you back to boro.

Try collingwood court and around there in Middlesbrough, Near the Gazette printing office.

Plenty around there and you can get one about 672 sqft for £45 p/w + £10 p/w service charge and insurance. nice new units though and in a good place with plenty of security and CCTV.

Most are with whittlejones estate agents.

Do you know any farmers nearby who might let you rent a spare barn?

Units are likely to be expensive and probably VAT will be charged.

Or are there any private garages that you could rent in the area?
