Looks like several years of (ab)use and the recent cold & damp weather have finally taken their toll on the replacement factory-fitted headlining on the Excel.

Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can do a partial headlining replacement, preferably near Darlington, for someone on a very tight budget ?

Hi
I might be a bit late with this one but i can vouch for this guy:
TVT Ltd
11 Swinhope, Washington, Tyne and Wear, NE38 9HR
Tel: 0191 4191002
I had a tear in the leather seat on my RAV and he did the most amazing job... Dealer price to replace cover was approx £600 and I paid about £150.
He also did an amazing job on a neighbours Golf. This guy is very difficult to please but cannot praise TVT enough
