Anyone any idea how much roughly is a fair price to pay for laying of floor tiles in the north east per m2?

That's about the current rate.It does depend on the tiles and the area.If it was a bathroom floor and only 3or4 m2 then £60/80 would be a fair price, if its a large kitchen of say 20m2 then you'll probably get it done a bit cheaper.

It was for 3 bathrooms, hallway, living/dining room in my new house so quite a bit really the builders price was over 3k. Anyway its irrelevant now we have decided to go with some good quality lino which comes in supplied and fitted at about 1100.
