Volvo Specialist?

It seems to have a rather large boosting problem, the problem is it doesn't boost at all!

Can either anyone on here familiar with the T5 help or recommend a garage preferably in the Teesside area who can help? Beer & Petrol money for anyone who can cast an experienced eye over it and hopefully diagnose the problem.
