Don't ask how this damage occurred......... furious

I was wondering if I could ask for come recommendations for getting this long scratch/dent sorted on a 2003 Jag S-type. Preferably Teesside, Darlo, Durham etc

K&S near ASDA in Boro has been recommended but I always like to shop around, particularly as I don't know my arse from my elbow when it comes to body work!

If you have any idea how much I should be expecting to fix this then please feel free to chime in! It is dented slightly on both door panels so its not just a paint job sadly.

Thanks in advance, I've read the forums for a while now but never had enough to say to bother posting, pity my first post wasn't something more pleasant like showing off a recently bought E39 M5, that post will have to wait a year or two!

I cannot recommend a bodyshop local to you but I can off a little advice in relation to the damage. It is difficult to see the extent of the dents on the doors but I would not be too worried by them. The bodyshop will pull them out relatively quickly, and smooth filler over the panel to remove any undulations. The cost of this is time, normally around £30 per hour and it should take much more than 2 hours. The bigger issue is the fact that the the full side of the car will need painting which will cost somewhere in the region of £500. No doubt you could get the job done cheaper but from experience its a false economy unless you like orange peel finished and overspray!

Pride n Joy Classics in Middlesbrough are good and I can recommend them. They have worked on my Lotus & Audi.
