As above. No such thing in Chester only flats. If you live in Pelton you're not a million miles from the A1. Just stop where you are. If you want to avoid any places it's The Avenues, Grange Villa, Perkinsville, The Brooms, Pelton Fell, West Pelton, High Handenhold. Oh and Pelton hehe

Hi Danny,

Hope you don't mind I have sent you a message giving you some more details about the flat (its ours!)

Very nice quiet area and good estate to live on (would stay here if it was not for having a 18 month old little boy!)

I have a friend who lives in the new (ish) build flats up next to the hospital at the top end of Chester.

Quiet, full of young professionals and he has had no problems (in fact he loves it). Inside they look fairly nice as well and on the outside the parking is fairly decent. It could be worth driving up to have a look as there are always a few available to rent.

I think my mate is paying approx £550 per month but others are slightly more.

Heightswitch- no mate geordie through and through.Ok then Posh flats!!!

Ray von cheeky!!...i already live in perkinsville.Wouldn't move from here but with personal problems it can't be helped.

Hoink Cheers.I did have a look on tinternet at those 550 to 570 fully furnished. The sound of young professionals is a must, not being snobby but i've known people to move into very expensive houses only for them to be over run by Dss loving landlords.Might have a look in the flesh to check the size.I'm currently in a quite big 3 bed semi with all the trimmings so might come as a bit of a shock.I need to keep a little back per month to afford a new toy to cheer myself up(early mid life crisis)

No worries.

My mate moved there when he split with his lass and went from a 2 bed semi to one of those flats - and loves it. I've been inside and they are quite spacious, plenty of parking outside and even space for visitors.

I would definitely recommend a drive through to check them out.
