Could someone recommend a good Dent removal guy, I've just bought a A4 Avant for work and it needs 2 or 3 dents taken out.It could also do with a few bits of paint touched up here and there. Also can anyone recommend anywhere to get decent replica alloys, I'm tempted by E-bay prices but there is no way of knowing what quality they are until they arrive.I'm based in Gateshead, thanks

try dent devils - look on the website. I used the guy in north tyneside to remove 3 dents from my 968 CS - did a fantastic job. The bloke is a magician.

Thanks for the replies, I rang Ed and he came out today, sorted the four dents for £60. He's a clever bloke, done a 1st class job.I've get the car booked in for a bit of paint work next week, so it should be as good as new soon.

Hi, out of interest how severe were the dents? Was there any creasing?

They weren't too bad, the worst one was on the front wing, it was about 5cm long with slight creasing.
The only one he couldn't remove was on the tailgate as it is apprantley full,of sound Insulation, the lad who resprayed the bumpers filled and painted that area for me.It cost me a total of £300 to get all the dents and scratches sorted, it looks 100% better now.

Dent King Ed is indeed still going strong.
Had him out on Saturday to remove a "ding" from my car which an alleged body shop said was not worth repairing.
Ed fixed it in half an hour with no damage to the paint.

Disaster struck the other day when the wheelie bin blew over and hit my wife's Golf R. Straight on the phone to Eddy and it's now good as new smile
