Invest in a pressure washer and do it yourself. You'd save money on what someone would charge you and, if my experience is anything to go by, get a better job done.

I'd hire a powerful pressure washer you'll save quite a lot if money if you DIY

Remember to re-sand the patio after cleaning.

Hire a pressure washer, and get your wife to do it.

There are plenty of guys who would do it ( Yellow pages and Local newspaper ads).......but it won't be as much fum as looking out of the lounge window and seeing your good lady grafting away on a Saturday afternoon. They love it : all that spray and grime......Character building.
