Vauxhall Specialist Durham ?

Hi all, I'm after a Vauxhall specialist to diagnose a few issues with my astra g. Now I've been to M&D motors recently and I explained all the issues etc. and what I've done and their answer on the phone was an ecu upgrade. Now I hoped they'd of done more as I showed some concern about this over the phone but they hadn't and as I thought it was just a patch so to speak and the issues have re-appeared but slightly different.

So any recommendations ??
