Never heard of it, but might try it for my birthday on the 20th.

Cheers

Yeah, I have been before. Basic inside, but food and drink was good.

Been quite a few times. Big pot of mussels in a white wine sauce with some crusty bread is highly recommended. Also tried oysters for the first time here, but ended up chewing it!vomit

Where abouts is it?
Cant say I've heard of it!
But it's a while since we've eaten out anywhere other than Wagamamas.

I think it's quite good, though a friend of mine suffered terribly with the sts after eating some mussels there. I think she was just unlucky though, I've never had a problem. The only problem I have it really is it's location on the quayside, shame it's not up the hill in the city centre. Have fun!

Never eaten there however the owner is a wholesale fish supplier so I would have thought the fish would be pretty fresh.

I have used that plaice, (place), for years, and we have always had great quality food at a sensible price. The decor is pretty 'basic' but its always been clean and we enjoyed the food / beer.

Go at lunchtime and get a £6 meal. Not bad value at all. They also have live music on a regular basis.music

I have voted them through to the next round.clap

I spotted the 'fish pot' on the menu last time we paid them a visit. Was it good ??.......I mean, would you have it again ??
