I must admit that planning to go, and not making it because of mech failure far outstrips me.

Been there though, not with PF , but a bike rally I had been looking forward to for 6 months, and couldn't go due to a family bereavment. Family comes first, of course, but still...


Actually, that's getting rather downbeat, which was not the point of this thread.

I don't care how great a party they think they're having, in later years they'll realise that it was only a shadow of what it could have been, because we were not there!!!

We didn't get wet, my head is sunburnt, I can't remember much about Saturday night and I can't wait to see some piccies, fancy forgetting to take the camera

I got lost on the way back - my sat-nav maps need updating so it knows that there is a M6 Toll road and I wasn't driving over a field.

For a while at least. Minimum 6 Months if not a year or so. If you want to come round and play some Halo or somthing, that's also cool.
