Hi Folks,

Moving into a house with a log burning stove next month, where's the best place to buy logs from in the Newcastle Area?

ALDI are selling logs now, but you can pick them up at most garden centres, some local farms etc.

The local dealer for wood burning stoves also seels logs.

You won't have a problem finding them.

We have quite a few people that take our waste transfer station timber for wood burning. Most of them tend to be farmers or those with plenty of space to allow us to drop a skip load off,we are based in Stanley but are willing to deliver it as long as its not too far.
Oh,and by the way its free of charge as well !!!
PM if interested
