BMW specialist - Blaydon Mill

Don't know if this breaks any rules (hope not!) but I just want to say if you've got a BMW then there's a new specialist in the North East called DW Motorworks. I took my E65 in there today for an MOT and a problem with a sticking rear door. Dean, the chap who owns the place was a BMW techie at a main dealer for ages and really seems to know his stuff, especially with the more complicated recent models like mine that makes most small garages crap themselves and is great for a full on PH beardy chat about the cars. Couldn't recommend him more, car washed and done on time, kept in touch via text as he did the work to keep me in the loop. If only the main stealers could do it this way.....

I've recently sold my beemer, and I miss it lots but it was time to change for summit else - I used to get my 320 sorted at Autobahn in Hexham, they were superb and more than half the steeler price for any work. So we seem to have a coupla choices round here.

Just in the middle of getting work done by DW. Fantastic service, everything exactly as i asked for and for £40, while your car is in there, the valet that the guys can do is well worth it.

it might be worth while noting they do Audi, and Mercedes as well as BMW

Good timing - the soft top on my Z4 has stopped working and i want to get 3 quotes from local BMW type people - do you have any contact details for DW please? or an exact location?

Dean used to look after my "M" car's when he worked at Silverlink BMW, wouldn't have had anyone else touch my car.

In fairness, I haven't used him since he set up his own business, but 100% nice guy who really know's his stuff.
