Hey all I know this is cheeky but I finished the Great North Run yesterday 30 mins faster than I did last year, the reason I'm so proud of this is I started a new job the day after last year where I work around 60-84 hour weeks and because of this have have NO time to train.

Anyway I'd like to put a cheeky link up here to my just giving page is possible, it's for the Blue Lamp Foundation and help injured emergency service workers, which is something I think is a great idea.

Thanks if anyone decides to sponsor me, I'll be happy for ever penny I get

Our lass managed 1.50.17secs which was well inside her target of 2hrs. Was over the moon for her as she has been trying to do under 2hrs for 4 years. She managed 2hrs 10 secs last time out.
