painter/decorator wanted in stockton

Hi
I've been let down by a painter who was going to stain the wood on the outside of my house
his mate (to hold the ladder) has gone and got himself a job in Cleethorpes!!
I have the stain and wire wool just need someone to prepare the surface and apply the stain
Anyone know of a reasonable painter who will price the job
