Cheap Mondeo Mk3 Head Gasket Replacement

Anyone know a cheap but competent mechanic who can do a 2003 petrol 1.8 mondeo head gasket?

Head will need skimming but the car isn't worth much so only want to spend the minimum possible.

OK - so I'm now thinking of buying a replacement head but I've no idea how to swop over the cams.

Anyone know a friendly mechanic who can do this for me or at least give me some advice.
