Simply looking for a flat, about 1300 pcm with bills on top, west side of the city. Been looking through the agencies, private websites etc but nothing seems to be fitting the bill. Would honestly prefer not to pay agency fees but may have to.

If anyone has anything to rent fitting the bill please message me.
