Man with Van recommendations?

Not really a PH question, but thought I'd ask anyway.

I'm moving house in a few weeks and really need a couple of chaps and a van to help it go smoothly. I just can't be arsed to hump stuff around all day by myself. So... Any recommendations? I'm currently in Chelsea and moving to Battersea. I just want someone trustworthy and reliable.
