Garage/Lock-up in West London (preferably Double?)

Hello everyone!

I've just moved to the Chiswick area, and looking for a garage/lock-up to do some work on a Caterham which has to be either a double or, at a push, a large single garage/lock-up with access to power. I have had a look online but it appears to be a completely impossible task to find one that is available and reasonably priced! I'm happy to travel around West London or slightly out of town... Any recommendations for places to try?

Couple of caterhams in the lock up garages where I am. Mixture of small & large singles, and a few double size garages with power and water. Keypad access, CCTV etc. Not cheap, but nothing in London is. Located in SW12 though. I know there are a couple empty.

Where abouts in SW12 ? Just moved to SW5/ South Ken and have been toying with the idea of renting a lock up.
