Garage to replace exhaust

Guys,
I'm new in london and in need to replace the central part of the exhaust in my car. It's a foreign car, but I have the part (bought on ebay!) so I just need someone to install it...
Can anyone recommend a good place? What do you reckon it should cost?
Ideally something central or east/north east would be great!
